[TYPO3] order list for product

Hi all,
    I am new to TYPO3 and working on 'tt_products(2.5.7)' extension but 
i  am facing these problem.
(1)-Payment gateway not work-
(2)-When I am submitting the order form I getting following error-

"You have not filled in all required fields with address information. 
You have to accept the general trading conditions to proceed. Please go 
back and do that"

   while I m filled up all the fields of form.

please help me out from this problem.
