[TYPO3] Tsconf: sysfolder shouldn't be view

Hi!

This is my user TSConfig

   contextMenu.pageTree.disableItems = new, 
edit,copy,cut,delete,history,perms, info
   contextMenu.pageList.disableItems = new, 
edit,copy,cut,delete,history,perms, info

in this case the user can view, hide and make uvisible every page. In the 
sysfolder page tsconfig I'd like to set, that the page can't be view. How can 
be set this?
