[TYPO3] Mailformplus - conditions in TS

Hi List,

I've got a question regarding using conditions in Typoscript.
Is it possible to create a condition like this:
[globalVar = GP:[fieldname] = [value]]checking whether the file has been 
uploaded?

For example:
Field Title will be required only if the Picture is uploaded.
