[TYPO3] Typo3 v4.2.0RC1 - newloginbox

Yes. The site is unchanged from when it was working under source  
v4.1.5 - all I'm doing now is switching the source version to 4.2.0RC1  
(The Install Tool Update Wizard is happy that I've switched.)
