[TYPO3] Page tree - extremly slow

No, it is not. Google does not understand shortenings. If any one with the same problem will search "slow page tree typo3", he will not find your message. At least he will not find it on the top of search results due to relevancy algorithm. Is it more clear? :)

I do not ask you to write it absolutely as design team asks, I just ask to write it with one extra character. I hope it is not very hard for you ;)

Possibly you have an extension that makes tree load slower.
