[TYPO3] access for fe_user, not for fe_groups

Hey,

I have seen it before, but I can' remember where:
give access to a page/content to a fe_user itself, and not to a fe_group.

I have search all highs and lows but just can't trace the extencion that 
does the job.

Anyone who has a clue?
