[TYPO3] weird T3 template problem

thanks Christopher,

i'll re-do this as a single template when i can find a good  
horizontal menu that has 3 levels - some flash menu or something.  i  
appreciate the advice on using an Hmenu there - i'll redo it that way  
if i cannot find a good dynamic menu to use.
