[TYPO3] Not the right list, but....

It says:

Test skipped
Use of ImageMagick has been disabled in the configuration. Refer to  
section 'Basic Configuration' to change or review you configuration  
settings


I just can't get GM enabled no matter what I do...

My GFX settings are:
