[TYPO3] Adding alt attribute to clear.gif

I'm sure typo3 adds that, as I said I manually set it for just 1 content
element. The exact output is:

<img src="clear.gif" width="1" height="10" border="0" class="spacer-gif"
  title="" />

And I am using CSS Styled Content. Also, I'm not aware of any extensions
that could cause this. Only one I could think of is Source Optimization,
but that doesn't change this code.

Any further thoughts?
Edwin.
