[TYPO3] Indexed Search shows no output after update to TYPO3 v4.1.2

Has anyone who updated TYPO3 to v4.1.2 experinced problems with Indexed 
Search?

After updating the only output I get from IS is <div 
class="tx-indexedsearch"></div>

All the stuff inside the DIV is gone..

I have tried removing and reinstalling, deleting all references to IS from 
localconf.php. clearing the IS tables manually etc. but still no output. :(
