hey Tomi,

after I did hit send I thought of a way to use it all in SQL...

You can in your select statement use a subquery and check for a  
duplicates

Then that single SQL will give you a title, or a title with the uid  
suffix.
You do need to have a 5.x version of mysql to do that though...
