[TYPO3] Wrap the content in RTE (htmlArea RTE)

Hello all. I didn't see in any of the documentation how to do this and wasn't able to figure it out from the examples they gave but essentially what I am looking to do is on a specific page, wrap all the content coming from the RTE around a div tag. I'm assuming I need to place some code in the TSconfig for that page but I am not sure what I need to put in there.
