[TYPO3] don't have proper permissions to perform this change -- address element

Hi list,
I have a problem when I try to insert an "Address" element.

In my page I put in the right plugin to visualize these kind of elements 
but when I try to insert an address I receive this error:
"Sorry you didn't have proper permissions to perform this change"

I'm admin user. Can you please help me to solve this trouble?
