[TYPO3] simplyfying BE - deleting upload browse button

Hello Benni,
I think this is not the same issue (though I didn't read very 
thoroughly). You see I wanted the element browser and not the straight 
upload file button - and it was possible and it was done, thanks to 
Robert (see before) :)
