[TYPO3] help - nc_staticfilecache do not create cache files

I use Typo3 on a Suse Linux 9.3 x86_64 (1und1 Root Server).

All Typo3 functions they write in typo3temp working fine. All pictures 
an temp css, js ...

SuexecUserGroup         ebner-online psacln
An the typo3temp is set to this.
