[TYPO3] cart options?

hi folks,

i see several shopping cart extensions, but they don't appear to have  
been actively updated in a while... before i go down the path of  
installing and configuring a cart that is poorly built or doesn't  
work, can anyone suggest which of these options actually work?

my requirements are pretty simple - just need paypal integration and  
the ability to add products to T3 content blocks.
things like inventory and customer logins would be great, too, but  
not essential :)
