[TYPO3] Mailformplus - not working properly with multipage+captcha

Hello list,

I've constructed a multipage form with mailformplus, but the captcha
integration with multipage forms isnt working properly.

I've added the following line in the template setup, which works fine
for single page forms.
plugin.tx_thmailformplus_pi1.captchaFieldname = captchafield

On my multipage form the captcha only displays on the last page of the
form. However, mailformplus always returns on every page that the user
hasn't filled in the captcha field and can therefor never proceed any
further.

Does anyone know if there is something special that needs to be done
for multipage forms?

Another question that i have is if its possible to have multiple
fieldnames for the automated confirmation mail? I have inserted two
fieldname values separated by a comma, but that just breaks mail
sending completely for mailformplus. Is there any way around this?
