[TYPO3] Problems with mm_forum

Hello,

i do use mm_forum on two pages:
on one page the page selektor box, for first settings doesn't work.
The working site includes
<script src="../../../../typo3/tab.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

but the not working page doesn't have this line in the header.

Is there some way to get it working??

I tried the following things:
 - reinstalling via ter
 - reinstalling with backup from working instance => nothing helps.

I got the following JavaScript Errors when working with Firefox in the
non working Installation:

Fehler: setFormValueManipulate is not defined

chcforum works, but doesn't fit all requirement   :(

anyway regards for the great mm_forum extension
