[TYPO3] "indexed search" plugin problem

Ok!
I've begun to read this document and so I'm also trying to configure the 
"Site crawler" extension.

But anyway, are there other plugins for searching in the website better 
than the "Indexed Search" does?
Can you please advice me about this issue?
