[TYPO3] TYPO3 4.1.3 and conficts with extensions

It look like some extensions has conflicts with TYPO3 4.1.3.

The upgrade works well on some of my installations, but on other it gives 
the following error (upgrading from 4.1.2)

On other I only get a blank page.

All installations are using the same core through symlinks.

The number of extensions on the not upgradable installations make it a bit 
difficult to find the the errors, but if other have same problems it should 
be possible to compare extensions.
