[TYPO3] extension using extjs and ajax

Hi,
Yes i have already search in the repository and i only found the tab content extension but i think that extension doesnt use ajax functionalities.
I think this extension load all the content before creating the tabs and then no loading or geting nothing asynchronously from the server.
I hope im right if not tell me.
