[TYPO3] pixe_feediting update to 2.0.3 - top dropdown menu doesnt work

I made a change to next version. If there are no subitems, main menu 
item will not be generated.

2.0x has a bug, which allows to render main item even if no subitems 
found. That is misconfiguration of the plugin.
