[TYPO3] Localisation of extension Smallads ke_smallads

I cannot seem to find a way of localising the smallads extension, that 
is to create an alternative language for an existing smallad created in 
the 'default' language.

Does anyone have any experience of using this in a multi-language (one 
tree) enviroment?
