[TYPO3] DirectMail 2.5.1 normal Backend User cannot sent Newsletter

Hello list,

i did post this on the german list, but nobody could help

System: Typo 4.1.2
Direct Mail: 2.5.1

Direct Mal is fully working - if you are an admin user.

You can create a newsletter and sent it, you are also able to send a  
testmail.

A backenduser should be able also to create and sent a newsletter,  
but he is not allowed to do so.

A view to the manual (RTFM ;-) gives a hint, which i also tried:

User TSConfig should give the right for our BE User


mod.web_modules.dmail.menu.dmail_mode {
news = 1
direct = 1
conf = 1
quick = 1
recip = 1
mailengine = 1
convert = 1
}

as written in the german Tutorial on page 24.

i am sorry, but resetting cache and login in and out did not help.

Any ideas?

P.S. As i know, i am not the only one having these problems.
