[TYPO3] JS Code in GMENU_LAYERS

Hallo all,

i use the GMENU_LAYERS with al lot of entrys. As result i get a fine 
working Menu, but a lot of JavaScript Code in my Page. 3000 lines of code.

Is it posible to move this to a external file?
