When I add this to the config file (after seeing it in the localised website guide) I get an error in my browser. It says words to the effect that there is no utf-8 file. When I look in the directory it mentions 't3lib\csconvtbl' there are lots of characterset files but no uft-8. Is there a problem with my typo3?
