[TYPO3] pixe_feediting - some minor issues

pixe_feediting should not change normal be layout - so I don't 
understand this problem

How you tried to move?
tested move up/down and cut/paste with templavoila - so I don't 
understand this problem.
Moving up/down properly and using cut/paste needs some configurations.

true concerning normal edit mode - I was focused into 'Forms on page' 
mode that I didn't check if normal edit mode worked fully ok.
wrong testing of mode - that is easy to fix.
