[TYPO3] Strange page source probllem

Hi

in ts i have:
config.doctype = xhtml_trans
config.xmlprologue = <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

but when looking in the source of generated page a have
[here i have an empty line]
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE html
      PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
      "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Thit empty line is causing problems on pages with type=100 (rss feeds).

How and where can i fix (delete) this line?
