[TYPO3] formbuilder extension - many problems?

installed Typo3 from the cms and portals group in hsphere control pannel of
main account from a hosting company that provides a automated install   ...
but ....
Here are some of the error messages in the basic configuration module:

typo3conf/ext/ directory not writable Full path:

uploads/pics/ directory not writable Full path:

Tried to write this file (with touch()) but didn't succeed.
The directory uploads/pics/ must be writable!

Typical location for uploaded files (non-images especially).

ImageMagick: can your Typo3 install also install and configure ImageMagick
v4.2.9: into /usr/X11R6/bin/ ???
