[TYPO3] formbuilder extension - many problems?

Hi all

 

I have been considering using the formbuilder extension. However, while
problems are listed as "many" there hasn't been an update for a couple of
years.

 

I am using Typo3 4.1.2, and TV1.3.3 (among other extensions). Does anyone
have any feedback on problems they have encountered with the extension, or
is it working quite well?
