This is just for upgrading, to have this folder elsewhere as far as I know?
I downloaded, extracted and uploaded to a remote server this:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/typo3/typo3_src+dummy-4.1.3.zip?download

Please advise if this is critical security-wise or I can continue with
your instructions as you specified?
