[TYPO3] [Typo3] RTEHTMLAREA encode my DL,DT and DD tags

Dear everyone,

I found that I cannot copy and paste current HTML contents using DL,DT and
DD tag.
The RichText editor do encode these into < >

I have tried to search solution on the web. And I have tried to override
"allowTags" in  tempoate, and in Page TS, but it doesn't help.

Could anyone help me to solve this problem?

I am using a flash installation of TYPO3 4.1 (latest stable), with almost
all default configuration.
