[TYPO3] fill pdf template with text

Hi all,

is there any extension where I can use a pdf, a pdf template[1] and then add 
text to the pdf ?

With which extension can I achieve this?  or are there any other specific 
solutions for this?

[1]  A pdf with special grafic and background color
