[TYPO3] RTE Question

Ok. i tried to find solution for allowing all formating options in RTE in
manual, and i must admit
that i'm confused.

i tried with:

RTE.default.proc.allowTags = a, abbr, acronym, address, blockquote, b, br,
caption, center, cite, code, div, em, font, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, hr, i,
img, li.........

in TS Config, but it seems i'm missing something.....

what should i write in config to allow all formating???
