If you by link, mean a link created from the RTE, then you could try the

"RTE Generic Records" extension.
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/ch_rterecords/1.0.7/

It allows you to link directly to a tt_news (or other DB table) record.

Hello all,

 I was wondering if it is possible to link to a particular tt_news item
the way that you can link to a page? In other words, I would like to
point to a full text page that displays the contents of the tt_news item
on that page. Any way to do this?
