[TYPO3] Simple form+database extension?

I think you can use the DB Integration (wfqbe) extension.

It's possible to create a form thorugh a wizard, starting from the db 
table you want to fill in.

it only stores records in db ;-)

At the moment this is possibile only in FE. In a future release I'll 
implement a BE module for this.

So, I think you can use the wfqbe extension.

P.S. I've almost completed version 1.0.0 with a lot of new features 
(editing and deleting capabilities, improved template management, ...) 
but I have to rewrite the manual (and it will take me a couple of 
weeks...). In the mean time, if you like, I can send you the new version 
(without the updated manual).
