[TYPO3] Caching problem?

I have copied a website in production to another site, both using the using 
Unix and the same configuration of PHP, Apache, Imagegraphics and other 
software.

In production everything is working OK, but the copied site is behaving 
strange.
- some images is not showing, apperently because they still are referering 
to images in typo3temp in spite of the fact that I have emptied all cache 
tables in the database
- all internal links seems to be correct, but all internal links is just 
getting me to the same front page
- I updated the one page in BE with a new content element and all seems fine 
in BE, but in FE no change is seen.

Anyone who has an idea what could be causing this strange behaviour?
