[TYPO3] bzd_staff_directory: Select a single staff?

Hi!

I want to select and display a single staff on my site.
How can I select a single staff in the bzd_staff_directory pagemodule?

I just see a selectbox for a teamlist but no way to select a single 
staff-record.
(I can select a "BOX"-View for displaying a single record, but I can't 
select which record to show.)

Help me :(
