[TYPO3] Help with ext conflict fix

Hi,

I have just installed extensions 'ingmar_admpanelwrap' and
'frontend_edit_only' and installing the later disables the latter. I've
figured out what needs changing and fixed it, but what's the correct way
to inform others about the fix? Email both authors? Update the
extension, fill in a bug tracker report?
