[TYPO3] New EXT: FE Admin Panel

Hello List,

I just uploded a new EXT. FE Admin Panel, this will add:
1. ClickMenu (ContextMenu) to the FE Editing Panel.
2. New Skin for the AdminPanel.
3. wrapping/Positioning  the Admin Panel. (Mayn Thanks to Ingmar Schlecht).

it is the first Release, try it and give me your feedback.
Bug Reporter and new Ideas are welcome.
