[TYPO3] Creating anchors with the rich text editor

Assuming I understood your need correctly...

If you have that 'certain position' as a content element, you can link to
it.  When you insert a web link, select the 'Page' tab in the popup
window, click the red tiny arrow at the right next to the page that has
the 'certain position' you want to link to, it will then show all the
content elements of that page on the right.  Select the element you want
to link to.  That's it.
