[TYPO3] TinyRTE - Paragraphs and Line Breaks

With correct configuration you can use CTRL-enter to get <br /> instead 
of paragraphs

that's the problem!

unset all paragraph/linebreak related setting and put
to TS Config of the root page(s)
RTE.default.proc.dontConvBRtoParagraph = 1
