Slightly off-topic, but this seems to be a common problem with people
who review CMS systems for the masses. They install mambo/joomla/etc
and "pop", they have a site right away and can click, drag and write
dummy content. They install Typo3, get an error message, get a blank
page, get confused and give it a poor rating...
I have seen in other areas of computer journalism a "reviewers guide",
to aid a reviewer through the necessary steps of appraisal,
highlighting features that they otherwise might have missed.

I wonder if such a document would be of benefit to the TYPO3
organisation on a whole, or whether people feel that rave reviews and
larger scale uptake would be negative in some way?
