[TYPO3] strange caching problem

Looks like your are missing CSS styled content in your TS template. 
Click on the "Edit the whole template record" and add CSS styled content.

You have to have access to Install tool, otherwise it may be hard to fix 
the problem.

English is ok, you described the problem very well.

Try doing three things:
1. Use Database Analyzer in Install tool to compare your database. If
database analyzer shows errors/warnings, you can fix them with this tool.
2. Enable error reporting in Install tool (I think it is called
displayErrors there) and see if you have any PHP errors
3. Execute "CHECK TABLE cache_*" for each cache table replace cache_*
with real table name)
4. Enable SQL debug in Install tool and see if you get any SQL errors.
