[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea: how to turn on border for rows and columns too?

Hi,

Typo3 4.0
rtehtmlarea 1.3.7 (system)

In table properties, the 'Frame and borders' has the following settings:

Border style: solid
Border width: 1 pixels
Frames: Not set
Rules:  Rules will appear between all rows and columns

The result is the whole table is bordered.  But cells are not.  How should
I make the table show kinda like grid?
