[TYPO3] linking to specific content element on page

Hi,

on home page I have a boxes presenting inside pages. FE user can chick 
on headers of these boxes to go on one of these pages, and thats easy 
:-), but, also, he can use one of subitems in that box, and it should 
point to specific content element of some inside page. Normally, its 
done with anchors, but in typo3?
