[TYPO3] Temporarily tell typo3 that it is a date in the future

You can set

config.admPanel = 1

This will render the Admin Panel in the FE output when you are logged in as
admin to the BE.
Inside the Admin Panel you will find a section to simulate certain date and
time settings.
