[TYPO3] Front end editing with multiple domains and https

Hi

One of Typo3s most attractive features is front-end-editing. From what i
have read you have to log in to the domain you want to edit in the
front-end - ie www.mydomain.com/typo3. This is not a big problem, but if you
want to use https, and you do, your users will get a security-warning every
time they try to log in.

So if you want to use front end editing and have more than 1 domain there
are 3 possible solutions:

1. Turn of ssl and send all your passwords in clear text
2. Accept that your users get a warning message every time they log in (a
problem that has grown even worse with ie7)
3. Buy commercial certificates and administrate them. Which isn't very
tempting when you host about 50 domains!

Is there really no other solution?!

Regards

Tomas
