[TYPO3] how do I reestablish database relations

my typo3 site is not correctly linked to its database of information.
Under the DB check tool it says that none of my records are correctly
linked together, stating:

However, none of these are missing, or deleted, and appear to be on
each page that I created them. So, while it appears to be an error,
since my typo3 site is not finding its database, nothing is shown in
the front end. So, how can I re-connect the database to the pages?
