[TYPO3] RealURL Problem / Question - Hoping for Dmitry's Help...

For some reason I have not been able to get the sitemap to display these "Hide in menu" pages correctly.  Any step-by-step examples out there?  (I've already tried the basic Goolge / Mailing List Search approach)
 
Any other ideas on how to generate URLs automatically?
 
As for the reasoning behind my request, we would like Typo3 to generate a link for every page for use in different business scenarios.  The pages will get used, we just don't want a link in our navigation to them.  It's hard to explain in detail, however we do have valid reasons...

the sitemap will for sure work...
However if you want to hide that page,
and you will never link to it...

Why should realUrl generate a link? basically it
will never be referenced/used anyways.

PS: a sitemap is just a menu with all levels shown......
